Instructions
- Cook the Beef: Add the ground beef to a medium skillet set over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring often, until the meat is browned, about 5 minutes. Once cooked, drain the excess grease from the skillet.
- Season the Beef: Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, and kosher salt over the beef. Stir well to combine. Set aside and allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes so it’s easy to handle for filling.
- Prepare the Egg Wash: In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to create an egg wash. Set aside for sealing the egg rolls.
- Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooled beef mixture with shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onion, and chopped dill pickles. Mix thoroughly.
- Fill the Wrappers: Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place approximately ¼ cup of the beef filling in the center of each wrapper.
