Description

Crispy baked chicken wings coated in a rich and creamy homemade Alfredo sauce, offering a delicious twist on classic wings with a savory garlic and Parmesan flavor.

Ingredients

Scale

Chicken Wings

  • 20-25 chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lawry’s garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder

Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 3 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the wings.
  2. Prepare the Chicken Wings: Clean the wings thoroughly. In a large bowl, season the wings with Lawry’s seasoned salt, garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika, and baking powder. Arrange the wings on a cooling rack set over a baking sheet to allow air circulation for crispiness.
  3. Bake the Wings: Place the wings in the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the wings, bake for another 20 minutes. Flip again and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
  4. Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: While the wings are baking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the heavy whipping cream, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and then reduce to a simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in the shredded Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  5. Toss and Serve: Once the wings are baked, transfer them to a large bowl and toss them thoroughly with the Alfredo sauce until each wing is well coated. Serve the Alfredo chicken wings hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • Using baking powder helps achieve a crispy skin on the wings when baking.
  • Make sure to use a cooling rack over the baking sheet to allow air circulation for crispiness.
  • Adjust the seasoning in the Alfredo sauce according to personal preference.
  • Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
  • Leftover wings can be reheated in the oven to maintain crispiness.
