Cauliflower Fritter Mixture

- Prepare Cauliflower: Start by grating or finely chopping the cauliflower into small pieces, then place it in a large bowl.
- Mix Ingredients: Add the eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese (if using), parsley, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Heat Oil: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Shape Patties: Scoop spoonfuls of the cauliflower mixture and shape them into small patties. Add the patties to the skillet.
- Cook Fritters: Cook the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Drain Excess Oil: Remove from the skillet and place the fritters on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
