Pizza Dough:
- 1 pound pizza dough
- all-purpose flour for dusting
Butter Chicken Toppings:
- 1 cup cooked butter chicken (boneless, shredded or chopped)
- 1/2 cup butter chicken sauce (reserved from cooking or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface, transfer to parchment paper.
- Add Sauce and Toppings: Brush dough with olive oil, spread butter chicken sauce, add cooked butter chicken, cheeses, onions, and chili flakes.
