  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • all-purpose flour for dusting

Butter Chicken Toppings:

  • 1 cup cooked butter chicken (boneless, shredded or chopped)
  • 1/2 cup butter chicken sauce (reserved from cooking or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface, transfer to parchment paper.
  3. Add Sauce and Toppings: Brush dough with olive oil, spread butter chicken sauce, add cooked butter chicken, cheeses, onions, and chili flakes.
