For the Chimichangas:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa (medium or mild)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or neutral oil for brushing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.

- Assemble the chimichangas: Warm the tortillas, add the filling, fold in the sides, and roll up tightly.
- Bake: Place the chimichangas seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with butter or oil, and bake for 20–25 minutes until crispy.
- Serve: Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
