For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
For the Cream Cheese Icing:
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the French Toast: In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and salt. Heat a skillet and fry bread slices until golden brown.
