Ingredients

Penne Pasta:

Chicken:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

Olive Oil:

1 tbsp

Broccoli Florets:

3 cups

Garlic:

3 cloves, minced

Heavy Cream:

1 ½ cups

Chicken Broth:

½ cup

Parmesan Cheese:

1 cup, grated

Salt:

½ tsp

Black Pepper:

¼ tsp

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional):

¼ tsp

Butter:

1 tbsp


Instructions

  1. Cook the Penne Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente. Add broccoli in the last 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
