  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook Italian sausage until browned. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and chicken broth. Pour in heavy cream, simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened. Add Parmesan cheese.
