Pasta:

Sauce:

- 1 lb Italian sausage (casings removed)

- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped, oil-packed and drained)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook Italian sausage until browned. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and chicken broth. Pour in heavy cream, simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened. Add Parmesan cheese.
