For the shrimp patties:
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 4 brioche burger buns, toasted

For the homemade sauce:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp patties: In a large bowl, mix together chopped shrimp, panko breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
- Make the homemade sauce: Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge and fry: Dredge each patty in flour, coat with panko breadcrumbs, and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers: Spread sauce on buns, add lettuce, a shrimp patty, tomato slices, and the bun tops. Serve immediately.

- You can use a food processor to chop the shrimp.
