Ingredients

Scale

Cream Cheese Balls

  • 2 (8 oz) Packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Spring sprinkles
  • ½ cup White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Strawberry cake mix
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Coconut
  • 8 pink M&Ms

Board Accompaniments

  • Graham crackers
  • Nilla wafers
  • Oreos
  • Golden Oreos
  • Nutter Butters
  • Pineapple, sliced
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Blueberries
  • Peeps marshmallow candies
  • M&M’s Easter edition
  • Whopper Eggs (Easter edition malted milk candies)
  • Strawberry Ghirardelli chocolate pieces

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cheeseball Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, spring sprinkles, sugar, white chocolate chips, strawberry cake mix, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until evenly blended to achieve a consistent dough-like mixture.
  2. Shape Cheeseballs: Divide the mixture into four portions: one large, two medium, and one small. Using your hands, shape each portion into balls. Then individually wrap each ball in plastic wrap. For the two medium balls, reshape them gently into egg shapes. Lightly flatten the cheese balls designated for the bunny feet. Refrigerate all shaped pieces for 2 to 3 hours to firm up.
  3. Assemble Bunny Butt: Roll the smallest cheese ball in coconut flakes to create the bunny’s tail and set it aside. Press four pink M&Ms into each of the flattened bunny feet to resemble toes. Arrange the cheesecake eggs, feet, and coconut tail on a serving board to form the bunny butt shape. Finally, artfully arrange the graham crackers, Nilla wafers, Oreos, Golden Oreos, Nutter Butters, fresh pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, Peeps, Easter M&Ms, Whopper Eggs, and strawberry Ghirardelli chocolates around the bunny shapes to complete the festive charcuterie board. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Ensure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easy mixing.
  • Use plastic wrap tightly to shape and chill the cheeseballs effectively.
  • The coconut coating provides texture and a festive look but can be omitted or substituted if preferred.
  • This board is perfect for Easter parties, family gatherings, or as a fun dessert option.
  • For best results, keep the charcuterie board refrigerated until ready to serve to maintain freshness.
