- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cornbread Topping:
- 1 box (8.5 oz) cornbread mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Sauté: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add Ingredients: Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes with green chilies. Simmer for 5 minutes.
