Ingredients
Scale
Fudge Base
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
Add-ins and Toppings
- 2 cups Easter M&M’s (divided into 1 cup mixed in, 1 cup for topping)
- 2 cups Easter Shimmery Whopper Eggs (divided into 1 cup mixed in, 1 cup for topping)
- 2 cups Easter sprinkles (divided into 1 cup mixed in, 1 cup for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper to ensure easy removal of the fudge once set.
- Melt the fudge base: In a medium pot over low to medium heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until everything is fully melted and the mixture is smooth, avoiding burning the chocolate.
- Add candies and sprinkles: Stir in 1 cup each of Easter M&M’s, Shimmery Whopper Eggs, and sprinkles until they are evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture.
- Transfer and top: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Evenly sprinkle the remaining candies and sprinkles on top, gently pressing them into the surface to help them stick.
- Set the fudge: Leave the fudge on the counter overnight at room temperature to harden completely. Do not refrigerate as it may affect texture.
- Cut and serve: Once firm, carefully lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into 1-inch squares for serving.
Notes
- Make sure to stir constantly when melting to prevent scorching the chocolate.
- You can substitute any candy mix-ins of your choice for variations.
- Use parchment paper to easily remove the fudge from the pan without breaking.
- Allow the fudge to set fully overnight at room temperature for best texture.
- Store leftover fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
