For the Beef Patties:

- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Gravy:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (for gravy)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Patties: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 oval-shaped patties.
- Cook the Patties: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Gravy: Sauté sliced onions in the same skillet. Whisk together beef broth, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Pour into the skillet with onions and simmer until thickened.
- Finish Cooking: Return the patties to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 10–15 minutes until cooked through. Serve hot.
