Ingredients

Scale

Dill Pickle Dip:

  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles

Ranch Dip:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup crushed seasoned fried onions or crushed crackers (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the chopped pickles, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, pepper, and salt.
  2. Mix until well combined. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Before serving, top with crushed fried onions or crackers for a crunchy ‘fried’ effect.
  4. Garnish with chopped chives if desired. Serve chilled with chips, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

  • You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter version.
  • Bread-and-butter pickles add a sweeter twist if preferred.
  • For a spicy kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
