- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for whipping cream)
- 10-12 mini Twix bars, chopped
- 1/2 cup chocolate ganache or melted chocolate (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and caramel sauce. Fold in whipped cream and Twix bars. Pour over crust.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Finish: Drizzle with caramel and chocolate ganache. Sprinkle with chopped Twix bars before serving.
