- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For Spaghetti:
- 12 ounces whole wheat spaghetti (broken in half)
- 1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 3 cups water

Instructions
- Prepare Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
- Brown Meatballs: Set Instant Pot to sauté mode, add olive oil, and brown meatballs in batches.
- Layer Ingredients: Arrange browned meatballs in pot, layer broken spaghetti over them, pour marinara sauce, and add water.
- Cook: Lock lid, set to high pressure for 8 minutes. Natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then quick release. Stir gently to combine.
