Sauce and Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)


Instructions

  1. Sauté Aromatics: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet. Sauté garlic, ginger, and onion until fragrant.
  2. Cook Beef: Add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Make Sauce: Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and gochujang. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Assemble: Toast buns, spoon beef mixture onto bottom buns. Top with veggies, mayo, and sesame seeds. Cover with top buns.
