- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook Quinoa: In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed quinoa and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes until tender. Fluff with a fork.
