- 2 tbsp oil (for frying)
For the Pan-Fried Potatoes:
- 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes (halved)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Mini Meat Patties: In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into small patties and fry until cooked through.
- Make the Pan-Fried Potatoes: Cook halved baby potatoes in olive oil with seasonings until golden and tender.
