Description

These mini meat patties with pan-fried potatoes make for a delicious and satisfying meal. Juicy beef patties seasoned with Worcestershire sauce and spices, served alongside crispy baby potatoes, are perfect for a hearty dinner.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Mini Meat Patties:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil (for frying)

For the Pan-Fried Potatoes:

  • 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes (halved)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mini Meat Patties: In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into small patties and fry until cooked through.
  2. Make the Pan-Fried Potatoes: Cook halved baby potatoes in olive oil with seasonings until golden and tender.
  3. Serve: Plate the mini meat patties with the pan-fried potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
  • For crispier potatoes, consider parboiling them before pan-frying.
