- 1 teaspoon key lime zest
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping:
- Whipped cream for topping
- Additional lime zest or lime slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust: In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into lined muffin cups.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Fill the Crusts: Spoon the filling over the crusts and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Finish and Serve: Top with whipped cream and garnish with lime zest or slices before serving.
Notes
- For a tangier flavor, add an extra tablespoon of key lime juice.
