- 2 cups powdered sugar

- 2 cups chocolate Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother coating)
Instructions
- Prepare Peanut Butter Mixture: In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar until a thick dough forms.
- Add Rice Krispies: Gently fold in chocolate Rice Krispies to the peanut butter mixture.
- Shape the Balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined sheet. Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Coat with Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips (and coconut oil) in intervals. Dip each ball in chocolate and return to the sheet.
- Chill and Serve: Chill until set, about 30 minutes. Store in the fridge.

- You can use regular Rice Krispies if chocolate ones are unavailable.
