4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend the Ingredients: Add strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, water, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the Mixture: Pour the mixture through a sieve to remove seeds. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Churn the Sorbet: Transfer to an ice cream maker and churn for 20–25 minutes.
- Freeze and Serve: Freeze in a container for 2–3 hours before serving.
Notes
- If you lack an ice cream maker, freeze the mixture in a pan and stir every 30 minutes until scoopable.
- Thaw frozen strawberries before blending.
