Ripe Peaches:
- 4 cups ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
Granulated Sugar:
- ½ cup granulated sugar
Lemon Juice:
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Water:
- ¼ cup water
Salt:

Instructions
- Freeze Peaches: Place sliced peaches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- Blend Ingredients: Transfer frozen peaches to a blender or food processor. Add sugar, lemon juice, water, and salt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Add more water if needed.
- Freeze Sorbet: Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container. Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm. Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute granulated sugar with honey or maple syrup.
- For a softer texture, add 1 tablespoon of vodka.
- Both white and yellow peaches work well for this recipe.
