Indulge in this luscious Whipped Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert that combines the richness of chocolate with the creaminess of peanut butter for a heavenly treat. This no-bake dessert is perfect for any occasion and will satisfy all your sweet cravings.

Ingredients

Scale

Creamy Peanut Butter Mixture:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped Cream Layer:

  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream, cold

Chocolate Layer:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Crust and Topping:

  • 1 prepared chocolate cookie crust or 8 oz crushed chocolate cookies mixed with ¼ cup melted butter
  • Whipped cream and chopped peanuts or shaved chocolate for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Creamy Peanut Butter Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix until fully combined.
  2. Whipped Cream Layer: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, then fold in the remaining whipped cream until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Chocolate Layer: Divide the mixture in half. Stir the melted chocolate and cocoa powder into one half. Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the prepared crust. Carefully spread the plain peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or until set. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with chopped peanuts or shaved chocolate if desired.

Notes

  • You can use a store-bought crust or make your own with crushed cookies and melted butter.
  • For extra texture, add crushed pretzels or mini chocolate chips to the filling.
